When will the money be transferred?

Sep 21, 2020 - 1 star I have been trying to withdraw EUR 4800 from account 4108992 for the last 4 weeks. I had to completely re-verify myself. I created my mastercard-wallet at fort FS three weeks ago. Fort FS refused to pay me out although they themselves recommend mastercard on the website for european customers. I should then withdraw with perfect money. Perfect money account set up. Now the perfect money wallet has been set up at fort FS. Withdrawing all the money at once was denied to me. The following e-mail shows that I can withdraw EUR 900 at once.

Unfortunately, due to changes in policies of payment processing companies for the EU citizens, currently perfect money is the only available option for you. Please note that the changes are not coming from our side and are completely out of our influence. All clients were informed of these changes through our website.

We are thankful for your cooperation; your withdrawal requests will be completed in standard time according to the client agreement.

Length of use: over 1 year

I have been with fortfs since 2018 and thru my trading experience, I have lost during 2018 till early this year. My account number is 499413.

Now, I have finally managed to polish my skills and get a decent profit. I requested withdrawal on 14th august and it was denied as they said the verification is not complete. I send the required documents and it took more than usual time until I had to join fortfs official telegram and raise my concern in the group. I have also pmed mr evgeny 888 (the telegram's name - fortfs CEO/ representatives I guess). Only on 18th august, my documents were verified.

Next, come another problem as when I am fully verified, I request for another withdrawal of USD2000 on 18th august 2020. After that, again my withdrawal is cancelled by fortfs team and they imposed me another clause that the limit for withdrawal is only set to be USD500. The claus given are as follows, c. 6.3.: "the company reserves the right to set the maximum and minimum deposit and withdrawal limits for any particular request according to the risk management decision, the payment systems request, the legislative regulations or any other circumstances that can affect company’s capabilities to comprehensively fulfill its financial obligations."

And what upset me today, my withdrawal made on the 18th august and 19th august were again cancelled by fortfs by their staff named michael gimelfarb on 20th august 2020. This time, fortfs requested another verification from me which is to upload a full-sized photo of yourself holding your national ID card / passport and a sheet of paper with the current date on it in the hand.

Again, I abide their requirement which is for me I considered absurd as previously I did request for withdrawal amount USD30, but no problem arise at all. So, I have uploaded the extra verification documents needed by fortfs thru their website and also thru the email of michael gimelfarb of fortfs.

The best part is, today, 20th august 2020, I am blocked from the official fortfs telegram. And I just took my chance to again pmed evgeny 888 (the telegram's ID of their CEO/representative).

I am demanding that my withdrawal is no longer being denied by fortfs as I have follow all their demands and I am just asking for my profit which I hardly earned.

The full sum of your initial deposit has been already refunded to you even before you wrote this review.
As you were informed by email, you have clearly violated the KYC / AML policy, and consequently, the risk management of the company stopped the services for all your trading accounts.

As I already reported here about the withdrawal problem at this broker, I managed to make 3 withdrawals of 500, but I still have 2 more withdrawals of 500 to make, 1 of which is already more than 20 days ago and nothing about me receiving my money, they no more excuses to give and now the chat is only offline, finally the agreement that was absurd to be able to withdraw only 500 and have to wait 5 working days to receive is not fulfilled . Shame on such a broker and I will go to the end to activate the responsible bodies so that this broker fulfills its obligations !!

May 27, 2020 - 2 stars my complaint I think is the same as everyone's here, withdrawn, I made my deposit via neteller and decided to withdraw my money from the broker, when I requested the withdrawal (05/26/2020), I saw that I could not withdraw more 2K per day, until then all right, a withdrawal of $ 529 was approved which I have not yet received on my neteller account, the informed being that it is instantaneous by neteller, and it was uncomfortable that it can take 5 business days, the next day (05/27/2020) I requested the 2K withdrawal as reported and was rejected and I received an email that could only request another withdrawal of $ 500 after the 1st withdrawal of 529.00 was completed, summing up if I manage to withdraw my money, it will take me more than 1 month to withdraw everything . This is absurd .
I have never had withdrawal problems with any broker, I will wait for the solution to be on time, even if I am not informed about limits and deadlines for withdrawals.
I am willing to come back here and withdraw my complaint if the problem is resolved.

We have already informed you (3 times!) that due to maintenance on the side of neteller payment system, withdrawals can take longer than usually! We kindly asked you (3 times!) NOT to make withdrawal request to neteller but to withdraw to skrill or perfect money, where the withdrawal would be completed faster, but you keep on creating withdrawals to neteller. Please do not mislead people!

Delay in withdraw

May 6, 2020 - no rating in reply to your respon my complaint, I would just like to confirm the main points:
1- on opening my account, I will be tempted to deceive your advertisement in your telegram channel( LOW SPERADS, SAWP FREE) . This is contrary to your agreement with the client(5-5) .
2-reviews show (up to email) all my friends who work with this broker and have similar status have not encountered this issue (swap charge).
3-there is a general principle in the legal rules and this is expostfacto,you may be the only broker who withdraw 50 percent of the deposit after 5 months as SAWP charge . Don 't you think that trader in the last 5 months has not included the expense(SAWP charge) in his analysis?
4-in terms of delay in withdraw , why dont according to rules and agreements(after 5 working days) with the client ? So far , two of my withdrawls have lasted more than seven days!
5-why , now that I want to be closed my account in your broker , you put on a withdraw limit ?

Mar 17, 2020 - no rating I have been with broker forrest for 5 months now. When registering and opening an account, I chose the free swap option. Today, after 5 months, broker fortes e-mailed that he had decided to charge swap for all of my (even past trades) transactions. And unfortunately, I was immediately charged $ 2. As you have been fully informed, the decision to disable the swap-free service for your accounts was taken in full accordance with the agreed upon client agreement documents (https://static.Fortfs.Com/download/docs/en/10_rules_of_proceedings_for_trading_operations.Pdf). We quote:

5.5: the company has the right to disable the swap-free service at any time and without notice, as well as to charge swap for all positions in the account history, based on the current swap rates.

Unfortunately, the withdrawal limits are set by our payment provider. Your withdrawal requests are being regularly completed and we can assure you that all funds will be withdrawn in full.

Any combination is possible. For example, there may be type 2 on one side and contralateral type 3, or there may be unilateral type 1 and 2 fractures. It should be noted that le fort fractures are often associated with other facial fractures, neuromuscular injury and dental avulsions.

They are named after rené le fort, french surgeon (1869-1951). Le fort conducted experiments on 35 cadavers inflicting varying facial trauma by dropping cannon balls and striking them with a bat. He would then boil the heads to remove soft tissue and record the results 4,5 .

Le fort fractures account for 10-20% of all facial fractures. They result from exposure to a considerable amount of force. Motor vehicle accidents (mvas) are the predominant cause; other causes include assaults and falls. With seatbelt laws and the increased use of airbags by auto manufacturers, the overall incidence of midface fractures has decreased.

Le fort classification system

Rene le fort described the classic patterns of fracture in his 1901 work. Le fort's experiments consisted of dropping cadaver skulls from several stories or striking them with a wooden club. He found 3 distinct fracture patterns, which he termed the linea minoros resistentiae. Simply stated, in the le fort I fracture, the palate is separated from the maxilla; in the le fort II fracture, the maxilla separates from the face; and in the le fort III fracture, craniofacial dysjunction is present.

The le fort I fracture is a low transverse fracture that crosses the floor of the nose, pyriform aperture, canine fossa, and lateral wall from the maxilla, resulting in separation of the palate from the maxilla. These fractures are associated with malocclusion and dental fractures. [1]

The le fort II fracture crosses the nasal bones on the ascending process of the maxilla and lacrimal bone and crosses the orbital rim. The le fort II fracture extends posteriorly to the pterygoid plates at the base of the skull. A le fort I fracture is characterized by a low septal fracture, whereas a le fort II fracture results in a high septal fracture.

Only the le fort II fracture violates the orbital rim. Because of this proximity to the infraorbital foramen, type II fractures are associated with the highest incidence of infraorbital nerve hypesthesias. Involvement of the orbit may lead to the development of complications including extra-ocular muscle injury, orbital hematoma, globe rupture or impingement, and optic nerve damage. Furthermore, damage to the medial maxillary buttress has been associated with epistaxis, cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea, lacrimal duct and sac injury, medial canthal tendon injury, and sinus drainage obstruction. [1]

Finally, the le fort III fracture traverses the frontal process of the maxilla, the lacrimal bone, the lamina papyracea, and the orbital floor. This fracture often involves the posterior plate of the ethmoid. Because of their location, le fort III fractures are associated with the highest rate of CSF leaks. [2, 3]

Shortcomings of the le fort classification system

Despite its shortcomings, the le fort fracture classification system is still the most accepted method of classifying fractures and the location of osteotomies of the midface. However, studies have demonstrated that this classification system may be imprecise. The initial classification was based on injury patterns caused by low-velocity and low-energy inciting events; however, now, lefort fractures are predominantly caused by motor vehicle accidents or other high-energy collisions. They can be unilateral or bilateral, symmetrical or asymmetrical, and are often concomitant with other facial fractures. Often, fractures extend through the maxillary sinus, as well as the medial and lateral buttresses. [4]

In addition, most midface fractures have some degree of comminution and are complicated by fractures and displacement not addressed in the le fort system. These midface fractures include palate, medial maxillary arch, dentoalveolar, and anterior maxillary fractures.

Other classification systems

Palatal injuries continue to be found primarily in conjunction with midfacial or panfacial fractures and rarely occur in isolation. They are not classified in typical le fort fracture terminology. However, le fort did describe traumatic injuries to the palate in his paper on maxillary fractures. The incidence of palatal fracture in patients with le fort fractures ranges in reports from 8-13%. [5]

Palatal fractures were classified by hendrickson et al, who described 6 types of palatal fractures, including the following: I, anterior and posterolateral alveolar; II, sagittal; III, parasagittal; IV, para-alveolar; V, complex; and VI, transverse. Palatal fractures are associated with le fort I fractures 100% of the time and with either le fort II/III or mandible fractures 50% of the time.

There are many other classification systems for describing midface fractures. In the system of donat et al, the face is divided into a matrix of vertical and horizontal beams, creating a lattice of 11 unilateral and 22 bilateral sites; this lattice is used to describe midface fractures. [6] according to their preliminary data in 87 patients with midface fractures, this scheme enabled accurate transcription and communication among physicians 98% of the time.

Another classification system is the wassmund system. This system classifies fractures into grades I-V. A wassmund I fracture is equivalent to a le fort II fracture. A wassmund IV fracture is equivalent to a le fort III fracture. A wassmund III fracture is characterized as a le fort III fracture without inclusion of the nasal bones.

Manson described a facial fracture classification system on the basis of CT findings. [7] he divided fractures into low- and high-impact fractures.

Preferred examination

Radiologic features that should trigger further evaluation for le fort fractures include the presence of a pterygoid fracture, which is found in all le fort fractures types. Other signs include fractures of the lateral nasal wall, inferior orbital rim, lateral orbital wall, and the zygomatic arch. [1]

The preferred radiologic examination is CT scanning of the facial bones, with coronal and axial sections in bone windows for maximal detail. Midface fractures are best evaluated with CT imaging. [8, 9] plain radiography and MRI play more limited roles in the evaluation of midfacial fractures. CT is not as suitable as MRI for assessing soft tissue changes and acute intracranial changes. Hardware and dental fillings can cause a scatter effect, making interpretation of fracture difficult in certain circumstances.

Previously, an adequate examination of the cribriform plate, orbital roof, and orbital floor required images in the coronal plane, necessitating a direct coronal CT scan. However, to acquire a direct coronal CT scan, the cervical spine had to be cleared, and this could wast valuable time. Obtaining a direct coronal CT scan also increased costs, increased patient exposure to ionizing radiation, and required transport of a potentially unstable patient to the scanner itself.

Patients with facial fractures should be evaluated for potential cervical spine and head injuries. Le fort fractures have been associated with spinal fracture or dislocation (1.4%) and cervical cord injury (1%). Higher-grade le fort fractures (types II and III) have been associated with a 2.88-fold and 2.54-fold increased risk of concomitant intracranial injuries, respectively. [1]

Blunt facial trauma has been found to be associated with internal carotid artery injuries in 1.2% of cases; specifically, internal carotid artery injuries have been found in 6.9%, 5.6%, and 3.0% of patients with le fort I, II, and III fractures, respectively. [10]

Angiography may be needed if there is concern about an associated injury to the carotid artery or internal maxillary artery (eg, to identify the site of arterial bleeding before embolization).

Some have been around for decades, others are rather young. Certain brokers work as market makers and have fixed spreads, others provide STP or ECN accounts with direct market access and offer a much larger selection of underlying assets for trading. The forex brokerage business has undergone a lot of evolution in the last decade. The global financial crisis of 2008 and the events that happened thereafter have reshaped the industry. At about the same time, new technologies came up and also contributed to the evolution of the forex market and forex brokerage business. It is important for traders to understand what forex brokerage is all about and how it will affect their trading ventures. Before we get to meet the best forex brokers for 2021, it is pertinent to identify the role that forex brokers play in a trader’s career and why it is important to go with a forex broker that can match your circumstances and aspirations.

Role of forex brokers

Forex brokers have several roles to play in the market. These roles have also evolved over time, as traders demand a lot more from their trading providers. Forex companies now perform the following roles:

A) access to the market

This is the core role of the forex broker. The forex market is a virtual market with no physical location. At the centre of forex market operations is the interbank market, where the big banks offer various currency pairs for sale. Professional and individual traders therefore do not have to proceed to a physical location to trade, but rather have to have a means of accessing the interbank market. They can only gain access to the interbank forex market using software known as platforms. These platforms are provided by the forex brokers. So without the brokers, nobody can get access to the forex interbank market to trade.

Access can be provided directly using the ECN/STP platforms (also known as direct market access platforms), or indirectly using the market maker platforms that route orders to the broker’s dealing desk. Traders should as much as possible, try to understand the implications of getting direct access to the FX market on one hand, and getting indirect access on the other. The type of access granted will determine factors such as amount of capital to start with, as well as the trading styles and processes to be adopted.

B) trader education

This is gradually but surely becoming a very important element of the forex broker’s functions. Research has shown that 90% of retail traders will lose 90% of their accounts in 90 days. This is a well-established market statistic. Majority of the losing traders (if not all) are traders who are uneducated about the market and who do not understand how to trade profitably. These will end falling by the wayside. No broker wants to spend money acquiring clients, only to have them quit the market after decimating their accounts in 90 days. With brokers realizing that such an arrangement is not good for business in the long run, many of them are now investing significantly into trader education. Videos, articles and webinars are the common means by which beginner traders are given an introduction into the forex market.

C) market research

Once traders get established on the platforms using trader educational resources, their trading activities can be sustained via the provision of market research tools, analysis and news feeds. Many brokers have incorporated this into their offerings as well. For the trader, this is a good thing.

Criteria to consider in choosing a forex broker

The criteria for choosing a forex broker have evolved over the years. While there are still some elements that are critical to the choice and which have remained constant over time, there are other parameters which have emerged and which will be considered below.

1. Spreads/commissions

Spreads are the primary cost to the trader. Lower costs mean that the trader will have a chance to retain more profits, or at least reduce the losses that may be incurred. Competitive spreads are now a factor used in broker selection. It may not be immediately obvious how much savings on spreads can translate to, but high volume traders such as scalpers know that when up to 300 trades are placed in a month, then savings from reduced spreads can be substantial.

2. Leverage

Leverage in forex is now a big deal. What started off in 2010 when leverage caps were introduced in the US by the commodities and futures trading commission (CFTC), has now been extended into the united kingdom and europe. Retail traders in the UK and EU have seen leverage caps reduced from as high as 1:500, to just 1:30 for major forex pairs. Minor pairs and cfds have even tighter leverage limits. This has increased margin requirements significantly. However, some brokers outside these jurisdictions have continued to maintain the high leverages, thus attracting traders who were caught out by ESMA’s decision. Some of the UK/EU brokers have also opened international divisions, where their international client accounts are being migrated to. So traders now have a choice of operating with the low leverage brokers, or the high leverage ones.

3. Regulation

Regulation will continue to remain a key factor in broker selection. Regulation ensures that traders are protected and that the trading environment is transparent and secure. The brokers presented on this site are regulated in their respective areas of operation, which ensures that traders who open accounts with them are assured of safety of their funds.

4. Broker type

A mention has earlier been made about direct and indirect access to the interbank market. As a trader, you need to know how each type of access will affect you. Market makers provide indirect access because they buy positions from the interbank market and resell them to their clients using a dealing desk. Market makers usually require smaller amounts of starting capital, provide fixed spreads, and tend to have more slippages and requotes. They provide a low barrier for market entry.

ECN brokers on the other hand, provide direct market access. They require large amounts as initial capital, provide variable spreads, but do not have slippages and requotes. However, they charge commissions on trades in addition to spreads. At the end of the day, the trader’s financial capacity will determine if a market maker or an ECN broker will be selected for the trading venture.

5. Trading resources

Trading resources are generally tools that are provided by a broker to enhance the trading experience and potentially improve a trader’s trading outcomes. More is not always better. In this case, it is about finding the broker that has the right mix of trading resources that cover analysis, news and market insight.

6. Customer support

Customer support can now be offered using a variety of means that were not in existence 10 years ago. Social media channels such as facebook and twitter, as well as messaging apps such as telegram can now serve as channels for receiving near-immediate responses from a broker’s customer support desk.
