Got the bonus after requesting for verification. It only took a day after registering.Traded gbpusd and eurusd and made 34.37 profit withdrew using webmoney and got the money after 2 hrs. I was skeptical at first because of the negative comments i see here but i gave it a try and am all i can say try them

Guys this is a clean scam, I got the $30 bonus, I traded it and flipped a profit of $108 and still had running trades, when I was exploring on the withdraw option I was notified that the status of my live account was pending and was advised by a customer care assistant to contact support to remove the account pending issue which I did, shortly after messaging support I received a stupid email that my bonus account was terminated and now they have removed even the profits I made and their bonus as well.

Windsor brokers is a scam. I requested to withdraw on my bonus account just yesterday and I was told my KYC documents or whatever is still being processed. 8 hours later I get an email saying my account has been terminated and when I logged in on MT4 they cleaned all my profits. When you request for a live chat on their site as soon as you tell the agent what’s up and ask for a solution they go AWOL on you, they ignore your text after asking “how can I help you?”

I will tell you why your account was terminated. You have 2 or more accounts with them and dont lie because i had the same issue. So i came to notice if you sign up on there site. 1st clear your browsing data and cache. 2nd dont use the same ip address as you did with previous accounts and make sure if you are using chrome to sign up, dont have your gmail account synced in that browser. So here is what i did. I opened a 3 rd account with them using a diff browser, diff ip address and i was given the no deposit bonus on 8th of sept 2020. I traded gbp/aud on 9th and got a profit of 154$. I tried withdrawing they rejected it saying i need to have completed 0.5 lots and had opened a minimum 10 positions . I did that and tried withdrawing the 2nd time with 132$ profit and it was approved. And by the way the withdrawal took ike 30 min max to webmoney.
Moral of the story dont go around crying wolf and you know you were on the wrong.

Some folks come here to bad mouth good brokers like windsor, superforex and xm. I got my bonus after 5 working days. I started trading on 28th sept and 29th sept 2020. Scam broker.. After trading and making profit when it is time to withdraw my profit they terminated my account for no reason

Their system is bad, I registered for the first time on this day and I cannot verify my cellphone number, when I speak to one of the employees over the phone he tells me that my cellphone number has already been used yet I’ve registered for the first time today. So i had applied for a ndb and on 3rd dec they said they were processing my it and should wait 7 working days.
I waited and when the d-day came i asked support they told me to wait 10working days
i waited and asked the same question after the 11th working day ,they told me to be patient i should just wait and there is no specific timeline on when i was going to be given the ndb
so meaning i could be next month or 2021 or even after 300 million years. Will update if am still alive when they decide am worth the ndb.

Update:
i did receive the bonus and traded for 2 days making a profit of 138.87$. Withdrew using wmz and got the cash afterlike 2 and half hours.

Hey, leoni. Seems like you said not about winsdor brokers. They act globally, they offer all you need but they are not credible like many companies from cyprus. It means you have no such guaranties as other brokers from EU provide. All kinds of "nice" conditions only until any relatively small financial instability in global economy. It will blow them away as your money on account. Therefore, I recommend considering more reputable brokers with higher amount of risk capital that may cover most losses in the worst-case scenario.

Windsor is a big liar, cheat a lot of chinese people, I have friends by their tens of thousands of dollars of fraud

This broker is a real scam. Newcomers should stay thousand miles away from this mafia. To come to the points:

1) they make promises on phone calls and deny them later and there is no evidence because they will hide the recording of that phone call.

2) any new trader who signs up with them, be sure there is no BI ( business introducer) between you and them, because both the broker and the bi will make a fortune out of your money. Any position opened or closed will be charged a commission , about 30 $ for a standard lot and will go to both bi and broker.

3) they have many account types..Stay away from standard accounts, it is a trap.

4) they claim there dynamic stp account type has no requotes or slippage. I think yes, but only if you are losing, then any click on close will preform immediately, but if you have a profit, then forget that you will be filled around the profitable price. Sometimes it says 40 $ profit and when you close it is only 23. But if you are losing the 40 $ so they will let you lose all of them or more. That is dynamic stp account at windsor brokers. Don't beleive those who say, during volatile moves like news trading all brokers act the same. I can compare between two of them, and windsor is unbelievable bad. I wonder if any one can make profit at this broker

On 2012.11.08 (november 8, 2012)

First, they creat a ticket #8753823 resersed my ticket #8655271 and voied -$193 profits

(please see the ticket #8753823)

Then, they reopened a ticket #8753885 with $167 profits

(please see the ticket #8753885)

They stole -$26 from my ticket #8655271

And so on, they resersed and reopened too many orders on 2012.11.08 (november 8, 2012),

They stole total -$9539.56 from my account.

Orders closed should be done, they have no rights reopen my closed orders.

I believe that you are a fair and impartial organization. You should not be allowed the company who undermine your credibility.

I am sure that you will give me a fair judgment.

Honestly this company is the best in every single aspect of the market ,

Don't listen to all the losers or the beginners , cause they'll never blame themselves but they always blame the broker .

I don't know about all these hyped up negative reviews about the company: they all look suspect to me. I've traded with windsor for about a year now and they have great customer support.- if you are constantly losing money on forex you probably need to reevaluate your trading system.

IT'S TRUE THAT THEY STEAL MONEY

I HAVE A REAL MINI ACCOUNT

After 1 week of trading mini and micro lots, i was making very small profits and losses because i'am not very professional and i was still testing the platform so i was trading carefully,

But when i started trading a little bit big

I was placing stop losses and take profit order

This case happened twice with me:

-once they closed my trade before the price reaches my stop loss with almost 4 or 5 pips

-also with another trade, i was placing my limit orders, and the price reached the take profit price and the trade did not closed @ the price of my take profit,

So i complained in both trades

When i contacted them they told me the first time that the price was reached and the meta trader is not very accurate with the currency spreads and they send me a wired tick by tick PDF,

This sheet was saying that at a point of time the EURUSD has a spread for 18 pip . And that was really wired !! Because i'am trading for almost 7 years and never saw this spread in my life

The second time they sold me the same thing and i had a fight with the rep

Anyway i'am closing my pending trades and I'AM CLOSING THE ACCOUNT

I DID NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, i do not have any benifits to give that bad negative review but this is what happend with me

I had several trading accounts with this broker until recently; due to regulations, they had to stop accepting clients from the US. It was really good to work with a broker that was transparent for a change - no surprises - I was informed of everything I needed to know - whether positive or negative. Good support, prompt withdrawals and perfectly stable MT4 platforms especially with regards to execution. . I hope that someday I can work with them again.

Within a weeks time I made 4500 USD from deposit of 1000 USD on my demo account.Dominica leech is very much helpful and co-operative.I dont know what is going to happen when I open real account.But I dont have money. I can't believe this broker can find anyone to write a good review for them EVEN FOR MONEY. Their role is simply to eat your money as quickly as possible. They do not admit receiving funds before almost an entire week from wiring the fund . Not to mention the non presence of support on any matter but to get your money .. I can not comment on withdrawing funds, NEVER had the chance with them!
